presentation??

yesterday is my 1st presentation start...
it was quite a bad presentation for me...
the mark would be quite low i think...
final have to work double hard for it to get a better result....

few more hours will be my 2nd and last presentation which is EFM...
im quite worry about it....
my english is worse and my speaking is weak too...
and i can't memorize the point which im going to present later...
howww???? teach me....
